Service Description

In this session I get straight to work with manual therapy. This is an on table session only to improve focus & attention at work, prepare you for activity, recover from postural pain or help reduce chronic or acute muscular pain you're experiencing. This session is perfect for those with less time and without need of mobility or strengthening work.
