WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Towel

This is your visual reminder to bring a bath towel or bath sheet. This is essential whilst I work on the area of the body that requires treatment.

Loose Clothing

This is your visual reminder to bring or wear loose / unrestricted comfortable clothing. This is important for receiving mobilisation work and / or passive stretching which is an integral part of our appointment.

HOW TO GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Parking

It'll be best to park on the surrounding streets and walk up to my studio for your appointment.

Waverley St, Minard Rd, Westclyffe St or Waverley Gardens.

I'm currently not recommending parking outside my unit as the yard is typically quite busy and therefore turning your car could be problematic. In due course I will be able to give more clarity around parking here but for now i'm not recommending it :)

Access

My New unit is located in a yard set back from 10 Waverley street. Access is via a lane which begins with signage marked "10 Waverley street" to the right hand side of it.

Walking up, the lane deviates left under an enclosed section briefly. Once at the top and upon entering the yard my unit is located at the very back right & I'll be waiting outside the double orange doors, pictured here, for you.

Please note that there is no access from any other lane / road / direction.
