How to get to the New Location.

My new unit is located and accessed via a lane: 10 Waverley Street in Shawlands. Waverley Street is accessed from Minard road or Titwood road at the farther end. Lane access is located just off Minard road. There is free parking on the surrounding mentioned streets and there is parking at my new unit if you drive up the lane. Please bear in mind that parking could be limited, depending on how many other customers from the other businesses are present.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Front Entrance

A visual of the front door to Treat and Compete. I'm located on the right side of the courtyard! I will be waiting here and you can park right outside however be mindful of what I have said above.

Towel

This is your visual reminder to bring a bath towel or bath sheet. This is essential whilst I work on your shoulder / back / calf / any area of the body that requires treatment.

Loose Clothing

This is your visual reminder to bring or wear loose / unrestricted comfortable clothing. This is important for receiving mobilisation work and / or passive stretching which is an integral part of our appointment.
