Treat and Compete Athlete

Service Description

Add your name to the treat and compete trophy following your event, as recognition for your hard work and achievement. The "Pre session" will follow an event massage sequence designed to prepare the athletes body and focus their mind using up to date techniques. Book in anything from 72hrs - 30minutes pre event. The "Post Session" will offer recovery. Catriona will follow techniques designed to repair muscle tissue, reduce lactic acid and lengthen muscle that's come under endurance and stress.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule, please allow 24hrs notice and notify Catriona at treatandcompete@icloud.com Please then rebook online at treatandcompete.com In addition to this, Catriona does not accept swapping appointments, under any circumstance. Payments will not be refunded with less than 24hrs notice & you will receive an invoice for the amount for missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
