Remedial GYM Session (45-60m)

Service Description

Receive a balanced session of therapy, resistance training and aftercare. Your session will be geared towards resolving the acute or chronic msk pain you are experiencing. Following this service you will regain confidence on returning to activity and will be more knowledgeable around the tools you need to stay mobile. Session is 45-60 minutes in length and the fee covers entry to the Nuffield gym, Finnieston. Following our session you have access to the pool, sauna & steam room, jacuzzi & plunge pool - all the facilities on offer. How wonderful.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule, please allow 24hrs notice and notify Catriona at treatandcompete@icloud.com Please then rebook online at treatandcompete.com In addition to this, Catriona does not accept swapping appointments, under any circumstance. Payments will not be refunded with less than 24hrs notice & you will receive an invoice for the amount for missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
